The full ranking of the popularity poll was revealed in One Piece Magazine Vol.13. Fans could select from 1,174 characters to vote for on the website, and could cast one vote each day. Fans could vote either by postcard, which counted for 10 votes, or online on a daily basis at the official site which counted for one vote. It is also part of the One Piece 1000 Logs project.
